GUARDIANS OF EDEN is a story set in the far distant future after the self-inflicted destruction of human civilization. This dark age has been inherited by the Machine, an omnipotent form of artificial intelligence that was left with the task of preserving those who
remain by ridding them of their "virus," or their inclinations towards delusion and self-destruction.

A Man and Woman from the Past, having been revived from a 3000 year long cryostasis, appear to be the lone inhabitants of the Machine's seemingly infinite domain. The virus, which has been contained by the Machine, still has a presence within its halls, and both Man and Woman are warned not to engage it in any way, shape, or form.

As reailty begins to set in, and the perplexing nature of their situation becomes more of a predicament, Man and Woman quickly forget the admonitions of the Machine and find themselves led toward the mysterious virus in search of answers, unaware of how it wishes to contaminate the future of the human race. And as the virus makes a compelling case for them to accept what it has to offer, history finds itself repeated once again.
